The Strategic Decision Support (SDS) team at ASML helps senior leaders make informed decisions on complex business and technology challenges. Working at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and decision science, the team supports topics such as portfolio strategy, capacity planning, and long-term business development. In this internship, you will contribute to projects that influence ASML's future direction. You will work alongside experienced professionals while developing practical skills in strategy, problem solving, and data-driven decision-making. This offers a unique opportunity to learn in a highly innovative and international environment in Veldhoven, the Netherlands.
Your assignment
During this internship, you will support strategic projects that help guide important business decisions. You will combine quantitative and qualitative analyses to create insights, evaluate scenarios, and support structured decision-making. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders while receiving coaching and mentorship from experienced professionals.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Conduct research and translate findings into actionable insights - Analyze and combine quantitative and qualitative data - Support the development of business cases and scenario analyses - Build decision-support models to evaluate strategic options - Prepare presentations and recommendations for senior stakeholders - Contribute to workshops and structured decision-making activities - Help improve decision science methods and best practices
This is a master's internship (non-thesis) for a minimum of 6 months, minimum 4 days per week, 5 days per week preferred (3 days on-site). The start date of this internship is as of November 2026 (flexible).
