As an L&D intern, you'll be an integral part of our team, providing essential services across all our businesses in the Netherlands. We're in an exciting phase of change, and you'll find yourself in a dynamic environment full of new developments. Our ambitious goal is to optimize the growth and development of our employees and provide diverse learning opportunities. You will support these activities primarily by managing learning data, coordinating training administration, animating digital learning platforms, and taking active part in ongoing projects.
Your main responsibilities include: - Planning and Organizing Trainings: Support in coordinating training sessions across the Netherlands. - Logistics Support: Handle invitations, materials, location bookings, and post-evaluation reviews to ensure a seamless learning experience. - Learning Data management: Data analysis, maintaining data hygiene, and support in reporting using MS excel - Digital Platform Management: Assist in the animation of our digital e-learning platforms on Danone's internal social media - Self-Development Initiatives: Support coaching, mentoring, and 360 surveys. - Point of Contact: Serve as the go-to person and manage queries from participants and trainers for the assigned trainings.
