Conscious Group is looking for an experienced Director of Finance to take ownership of the financial engine of our growing hospitality group.
Conscious Group is a multi-brand hospitality group consisting of Conscious Hotels, Hotel V and several food and beverage concepts, including The Lobby, Stadscafé and Sticky Fingers.
With approximately €39 million in revenue, multiple legal entities and locations in Amsterdam and Utrecht, we are in an active phase of restructuring and expansion. As our Director of Finance, you will play a key role in building a strong financial foundation for our next phase of growth. What will you do?
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead our finance and administration team and take end-to-end responsibility for financial reporting, planning, control, cash management and corporate finance.
This is a broad and influential role. You will operate at director level within the management team, while remaining close to both the numbers and the people behind them.
Your main responsibilities include: Finance operations and team leadership -
Lead, coach and develop the finance and administration team, including financial controllers, administrators, payroll colleagues and interns. -
Set clear expectations, plan workloads and manage team performance without micromanaging. -
Own the monthly closing and reporting cycle across all entities. -
Ensure accurate and timely management reporting in USALI format. -
