Why this role matters This is where ecommerce analytics , B2C performance and digital decision-making become commercial impact. As our Ecommerce Performance Analyst , you support data-driven decision-making across all B2C channels: Retail, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing & CRM, Site Merchandising, Site Experience, IT & UX and Marketplaces.
You collect, analyse and interpret data to generate actionable insights that improve performance, customer experience and operational efficiency. You help teams understand what is happening, why it is happening and which actions will create better results. You are not here to build dashboards that quietly gather dust.
