Why this role matters As our B2B Sales Support Specialist , you are one of the first points of contact for our B2B customers. You handle questions about orders, deliveries, stock, returns, invoices, credit notes and our collections, while making sure the administration behind them is accurate.
You work closely with Sales, Sales & Stock, Logistics, Finance and Buying & Development to solve issues and keep processes moving.
During the B2B sales season, you also help welcome customers at our front desk.
You are not here just to answer emails.

What you'll do - Support B2B customers by phone and email on orders, deliveries, products, invoices and returns;
