At HeadFirst x Impellam, we are building a new Growth Tech function within our Product organization. We are looking for a Senior Growth Systems Engineer to take ownership of the activation layer that underpins our growth strategy across our marketplaces and more than 20 brands.
This is a technical role with strong ties to the business. You will work closely with Product, Data Engineering, Commercial, and Marketing to turn data into action. As our first dedicated activation hire, you will also have plenty of room to shape how this capability evolves.
What you will do
You will be responsible for the systems and processes that transform our data into actionable audiences and reliable activation.
Your day-to-day work will include: -
Building and managing audience activation flows from Databricks to Hightouch and connected platforms. -
Translating business needs into audience logic, traits, and synchronization structures. -
Using SQL to analyze data and resolve issues related to audiences and activation flows. -
Improving identity resolution and profile stitching across Striive, ProUnity, and our broader brand portfolio. -
Helping to define event taxonomy and consent workflows from the CMP through the warehouse to activation. -
Reviewing AI-generated audiences, campaign inputs, and reporting outputs before they go into production. -
Monitoring activation quality and resolving issues when things do not work as expected. -
