You'll get to know the product inside out and contribute to something that's growing rapidly in more than 20 countries.

Ownership, clear communication, and getting things done together. We move quickly, learn by doing, and continuously improve how we support our customers. Right now, that means growing the enterprise clients already on our books, and we need someone who spots the next opportunity before the client asks for it. Job requirements
This is what you'll do
You won't get a fixed portfolio. Instead, you get the run of our enterprise client base and the freedom to decide where the biggest opportunities are. Your focus is commercial: renewals, upsells to higher packages, and expanding contracts with clients who are already sold on Dyflexis but haven't seen the full picture yet. You're the person we put in front of clients, so you show up prepared, organized, and on top of the account. -
Renew and expand contracts with existing (enterprise) clients, moving them onto higher packages. -
Spot and pursue upsell opportunities across the full client base. -
Keep churn down and client satisfaction up, stepping in before a problem becomes a lost deal. -
Own the deal from spotting the opportunity to getting the signature. You don't walk away before you've sold something.
