Are you strong in creating structure, keeping complex processes on track and supporting clear communication during organizational change? The Partnership Unit is looking for a temporary Implementation and Process Coordinator to support the Unit Lead during the implementation of the new organizational structure. In this role, you will monitor planning, risks, decisions and follow-up, support communication and employee engagement, and document lessons and process improvements for the new organization. Where are you going to work?
You will work in the Partnership Unit within the International Assistance division of the Netherlands Red Cross. The Partnership Unit is entering an important transition phase. In 2026, a new organizational structure was developed, to be implemented from 1 January 2027. The coming period will focus on careful implementation, continuity of services to partner countries, clear communication, employee engagement and a well-managed change process.
You will report to the Unit Lead Partnership Unit and work closely with management, HR and colleagues involved in the implementation process. The role is temporary and focused on supporting a structured, transparent and predictable implementation process. What are your core tasks going to be?
In this role, you act as a process coordinator and advisor to the Unit Lead. You help ensure that the implementation process is well structured, transparent and predictable. Your core tasks are to: - Coordinate the implementation process by monitoring the planning, phasing, milestones, dependencies and key decision moments. - Monitor progress, risks, bottlenecks, capacity issues and workload concerns, and advise the Unit Lead on follow-up where needed. - Coordinate implementation activities between management, HR an...
