Head of Digital Marketing CoE
Role purpose: Lead the Digital Marketing Center of Excellence (CoE) to define strategy, standards, and scalable capabilities that improve digital performance, customer engagement, and measurable business growth across channels and markets. Key responsibilities - Set and govern the end-to-end digital marketing strategy, operating model, and best practices for the CoE. - Drive performance marketing excellence across paid media, SEO/SEM, social, display, email, and web/app experiences. - Establish measurement frameworks, attribution approach, dashboards, and KPIs to improve ROI and decision-making. - Lead experimentation and optimization (A/B testing, landing page CRO, audience segmentation, creative testing). - Partner with brand, product, sales, and regional teams to align campaigns, budgets, and priorities. - Own marketing technology roadmap (analytics, tag management, CRM, marketing automation) and ensure data quality. - Develop talent, playbooks, and training to scale capabilities globally; manage agencies and vendor relationships. Required skills and experience - Digital leadership: Proven experience leading multi-channel digital marketing programs and teams. - Performance & analytics: Strong command of KPI design, reporting, attribution, and optimization. - Channel expertise: Paid search/social, SEO, programmatic, lifecycle/email, and conversion optimization. - MarTech: Experience with analytics platforms, tag management, CRM/automation, and consent/privacy complian...
