Manpower is looking for Technical Operators / Site Engineers in the Den Haag region.



The popularity of online retail continues to grow, making reliable parcel processing more important than ever. As part of the evening shift, you'll work at a client location of one of the Netherlands' largest e-commerce organizations. Throughout your shift, sophisticated sorting systems handle thousands of parcels. Everything runs perfectly until an unexpected alert appears on the screen and a machine comes to a standstill. This is where you step in. By combining technical insight with a proactive mindset, you quickly identify the issue and help restore operations as efficiently as possible. Your responsibilities include:

- Identifying and troubleshooting first-line technical issues

- Carrying out scheduled preventive maintenance activities

- Documenting malfunctions and solutions in internal systems

- Supporting the continuity and performance of automated sorting equipment

- Gross salary: €2,800 – €3,650 per month
