About this vacancy
As an Advisor/Preparation Specialist within the energy transition, you support large-scale business clients with a variety of challenges related to energy connections, contracts, and capacity needs. You actively think along to provide suitable solutions that align with the client's operations and growth plans, while considering the possibilities and limitations of the energy grid. What will you do?
The energy transition leads to increasingly complex customer inquiries. In this role: - You uncover the underlying question behind the initial inquiry and translate it into concrete solutions; - You map out the situation and needs of clients thoroughly; - You provide advice on contract structures and possibilities within the energy grid; - You guide clients through expansions, modifications, and capacity challenges; - You ensure accurate administrative processing of requests and changes; - You maintain both telephone contact with clients and focus on substantive dossiers (approximately 30% / 70%).
