Final finishing of CNC-produced plastic components: inspect, deburr, tap, ream and clean parts, check technical drawings and customer specifications, and report deviations. Full-time day shift Monday to Friday 07:00 to 16:00, €15.40 gross per hour, with 29 vacation days, 8.33% holiday allowance, travel allowance, pension scheme, and prospect of a permanent contract. -

As a Precision Mechanical Fitter, you will work in a high-tech environment in Eindhoven, where accuracy and technical skills are key. You will carry out precision mechanical work, assemble and finish components, ensuring that all work meets the required quality standards.
As a Precision Mechanical Finishing Operator, you will be responsible for the final finishing of CNC-produced plastic components. You will inspect, deburr, tap, ream, and clean parts using the available tools and equipment, ensuring that the finished products meet customer specifications and quality standards. - Deburring, tapping, reaming, and cleaning finished parts. - Checking products against technical drawings and customer specifications. - Ensuring the quality and accuracy of the finished product. - Identifying and reporting deviations or quality issues. - Working with various tools and equipment in a safe and accurate manner. - Suggesting improvements to production and finishing processes. - Following safety instructions and using personal protective equipment (PPE) when required. - Keeping the workplace clean, organized, and safe.
You will be the final link between production and the customer, making sure every component meets the required specifications before delivery.
You will work full-time in a day shift from Monday to friday 07:00 to 16:00.
