Precision Mechanical Fitter in Day Shift, €2668 Bruto (publications-202369-A)

As a Precision Mechanical Finishing Operator, you will be responsible for the final finishing of CNC-produced plastic components. You will inspect, deburr, tap, ream, and clean parts using the available tools and equipment, ensuring that the finished products meet customer specifications and quality standards.

Your tasks include:

- Inspecting CNC-produced plastic components.
- Deburring, tapping, reaming, and cleaning finished parts.
- Checking products against technical drawings and customer specifications.
- Ensuring the quality and accuracy of the finished product.
- Identifying and reporting deviations or quality issues.
- Working with various tools and equipment in a safe and accurate manner.
- Suggesting improvements to production and finishing processes.
- Following safety instructions and using personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
- Keeping the workplace clean, organized, and safe.

You will be the final link between production and the customer, making sure every component meets the required specifications before delivery.

You will work full-time in a day shift from Monday to friday 07:00 to 16:00.

- Minimum B2 level of English and/or B2–C1 level of Dutch.
- MBO-level thinking and working ability.
- Technical insight and ability to read technical drawings.
- Experience in a similar technical or production role.
- Accurate, careful, and quality-focused way of working.
- Able to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
- Proactive, flexible, and stress-resistant attitude.
- Willingness to work with various tools and machines.
- Good attention to detail when inspecting and finishing products.
- Ability to assess whether finished products meet customer specifications.
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and use PPE when required.
- Physically able to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, and reaching.
