Are you passionate about customer relationships, commercial support, and delivering excellent service in an international environment?
As a Customer Solutions Specialist , you will play a key role within our Bunge Food Solutions EMEA organization. Working closely with Sales Managers and strategic Key Account customers across Europe, you will help ensure outstanding customer service, accurate forecasting, effective contract execution, and strong commercial performance.
This is not a business development or cold-calling role. Instead, you will focus on supporting existing customer relationships, managing contract execution, coordinating commercial processes, and acting as the central link between customers and internal stakeholders. Your work will directly contribute to customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth.
What You'll Do
Customer & Commercial Support - Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Account customers across Europe. - Deliver a high level of customer service through proactive and professional communication. - Support Sales Managers in managing and developing customer relationships. - Coordinate customer requests and ensure timely follow-up with internal stakeholders. - Act as a trusted partner for customers by providing value-added support and solutions.
Contracting and Contract Book Management - Provide accurate price quotes, handle price negotiations, secure frame contract pricing and contract bookings - Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders on the delivery alignment of the contracted volumes - Proactively follow up on contract execution and identify delays, gaps, or potential risks to ensure contracted volumes are executed according to plan. - Ensure accurate contract documentati...
