As Housekeeping & Quality Manager, you act as a dynamic link, understanding that luxury lies in the details and that a strong relationship with other hotel departments is essential.The current housekeeping team (partly in-house, partly outsourced) consists of supervisors, room attendants, public area staff, turndown staff, minibar staff, housemen, and linen room staff. Through your inspiring, motivating, and coaching approach, you build a strong relationship with the Front Office, ensuring that early arrivals and groups can check in immediately and that room changes are handled seamlessly. With your hands-on, proactive mindset, you conduct additional checks regarding hygiene, quality, and productivity to maintain high standards, and you aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves when necessary. This enables you to respond immediately to feedback from guests and colleagues. You create schedules that seamlessly integrate periodic tasks with daily operations while ensuring productivity remains high.Where will you be doing this? In the former Shipping House of Amsterdam, you'll find one of the city's most iconic five-star hotels: Grand Hotel Amrâth Amsterdam.
