Banquet Supervisor

As a Banquet Supervisor, you will be responsible, together with the rest of the team, for exceeding our guests' expectations and ensuring the successful organisation of events. You will have extensive guest contact and be responsible for supervising and guiding the Banqueting team.
Your main responsibilities will be: - Supervising and guiding Banqueting Waiters/Waitresses and temporary staff; - Proactively identifying ways to improve our service; - Coordinating conferences and events; - Welcoming guests and business relations; - Maintaining excellent relationships with various departments.
Rest assured, you will not be working alone! In addition to working within your own team, you will also work closely with other departments across the hotel. Because only by working together can we achieve the best results. You will work shifts across 7 days a week, working 5 days per week. You must also be available to work on public holidays. Shifts are scheduled according to the events taking place in the hotel. Night shifts are very occasional. All overtime is accurately registered and compensated.
