For an international pharmaceutical organization based in Amsterdam Zuidoost, we are looking for an Internal Communications & Employer Branding Specialist. In this role, you will be at the heart of the organization, helping to strengthen company culture, increase employee engagement, and support talent attraction initiatives across an international workforce.
You'll work closely with HR, leadership teams, and colleagues across different countries to ensure employees feel connected, informed, and inspired.
