Manager Repair & Quality Position
The Manager Repair & Quality is responsible for the operational performance, quality standards, cost efficiency and continuous development of Container Centralen's European repair network.
The role ensures predictable and reliable repair execution across nine international repair partners by combining operational excellence, quality management, partner leadership and continuous improvement. You ensure repair activities are aligned with Control Tower priorities while driving consistent quality, compliance and cost performance across the network.
Reporting directly to the COO, you will lead one direct report, with the opportunity to further build and develop the team as the Operations organisation continues to evolve. You will work closely with the Manager Availability & S&OP and the wider Operations Leadership Team to continuously improve repair processes, standardisation and operational reliability across Container Centralen's European operations.
Personal profile
Education and experience - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline - 8+ years of experience in repair operations, production, manufacturing, warehousing, quality or supply chain environments - Experience managing external operational partners and driving performance through KPIs - Experience with quality management, audits and continuous improvement - Experience with cost control, supplier management and operational performance - Experience working in an international operational environment
