What you can expect
As a Commercial Coordinator, you provide administrative, organisational and operational support to the Sales team, the Director of Sales and the Commercial Director. You ensure that commercial activities run smoothly, reports and data are accurately maintained, and different departments within the hotel work together effectively.
In this versatile role, you are an important link within the Commercial team. You support the Sales Managers with a wide range of activities, from RFPs, contracts and sales trips to site inspections and sales events. In addition, you maintain client information and commercial activities accurately and contribute to a professional and service-oriented working environment.
Your main responsibilities will be: - Providing day-to-day administrative and organisational support to the Sales team, Director of Sales and Commercial Director, including preparing reports, presentations, contracts, agendas and other commercial documentation; - Supporting Sales Managers with RFPs, contracting, invoicing, sales trips, site inspections and sales events, including pre-, during- and post-event coordination; - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client profiles, account information, sales activities and leads in the r...
