Are you looking for a varied and responsible position within GXO? As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for the daily supervision of between 8-10 warehouse employees and for helping to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality working environment.
We are looking for TwoCoordinator's to join our team at the Amsterdam site , where you will play an important role in supporting warehouse operations, assigning daily tasks, developing team dynamics, and driving process improvements on the shop floor.
Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, rotational weekly shifts, evening shift allowance applies - 6.00 - 15.00 and 13.00 - 22.00

What you'll bring to GXO - Previous Coordination expertise is required - Strong communication skills, with fluency in English - A proactive attitude and results-oriented mindset - Experience with LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives - Problem solving skills - Familiarity with IT, MS office systems
