About the function
As a production worker in Volendam, you will start each day in a fresh, well-organised production hall. Together with your colleagues, you will make sure fish products are carefully processed, packaged and prepared for dispatch. You will operate machines, carry out quality checks and help out wherever needed. The work requires accuracy and a good pace, especially during busy periods. You will always follow strict hygiene rules. There is an informal atmosphere on the work floor, and you can always rely on your team. You will have room to develop yourself and take responsibility for your own tasks.
