Logistics Administrative Assistant (24 hours) in Harderwijk
Are you strong in administrative work and do you enjoy making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes? In this part-time position (24 hours per week), you'll ensure that both the logistics and financial records are in order. You'll work as part of a casual team at a manufacturing company in Harderwijk and enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same.
About the Position
As a logistics administrative assistant, you are a key link within the organization. You ensure that shipments are properly processed administratively and also assist with various financial tasks. Due to ongoing high demand, this company is looking for someone to help with: - Preparing and processing shipping documents. - Processing shipping notifications and receipts. - Ensuring that logistics records are complete and accurate. - Assist with the implementation of new administrative systems (DIWAS). - Assisting with financial administration. - Processing purchase and sales invoices. - Preparing and sending sales invoices. - Maintaining various administrative reports in Excel. - Managing sales contracts and processing any claims. - Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings. - Maintain contact with customers and suppliers regarding administrative matters.
About the Company
You'll be working at an innovative company with approximately 25 colleagues. They use state-of-the-art techniques to recover a wide variety of materials from waste for reuse. The focus here is on aluminum, stainless steel, and heavy metal mixtures. In this process, they serve as an essential intermediary between, among others, waste-to-energy plants, shredders, and various end processors. At the office, you'll work with four colleagues who are permanently on-site.
