You are the beating heart of our office and ensure that everything runs smoothly. You switch effortlessly between practical matters, events and strengthening our culture: - You will be responsible for the overall organisation of the office (from stock management to coordinating maintenance); - Together with the People & Culture Manager, you will welcome new colleagues and ensure that their workspace and onboarding are organised to the highest standard; - You'll organise social gatherings, birthday parties and other fun (or educational) events; - You will support internal communication and ensure that everyone is kept up to date with what is going on; - Preparing a tasty lunch for the team every day; - You will liaise with suppliers and facilitate any external bookings or orders.
