As an operator in the production department, you will be deployed across various sections. You will be involved in mixing, filling, inoculating, and delivering raw materials for various applications. Your tasks also include sampling, performing measurements, conducting maintenance, cleaning, and ensuring a hygienic work environment. Working hygienically and accurately is crucial in this job.
A typical day consists of carrying out production tasks independently, monitoring processes, and identifying deviations. You will switch between different tasks while keeping an overview. You work in a fixed shift schedule (8-week roster) with early (06:00 - 14:00), late (14:00 - 22:00), and night shifts (22:00 - 06:00), and occasional weekend shifts. Working part-time (32 hours) is also possible.
