You have gained experience in retail or foodservice and are ready for a role with greater responsibility, strategic impact, and opportunities to further develop yourself commercially.
In this role, you will work on unique food and non-food concepts within Retail and Foodservice. Together with colleagues and clients, you will build strong customer relationships, drive commercial growth, and develop innovative concepts.
We are a service organization hired by clients. As a result, you will typically work for 3 to 4 different clients, primarily within food retail concepts. This makes your work varied, dynamic, and professionally engaging.

Who you are
You have at least 3 years of head office experience with Superunie members, Albert Heijn, Jumbo, or similar retail organizations. You understand how retailers operate, how commercial decisions are made, and how to turn opportunities into results.
You are someone who: - is proactive and has a strong commercial drive - has experience with commercial negotiations, account development, and customer relationship management - thinks analytically and strategically, while also being able to execute plans effectively - can easily switch between clients, retailers, and colleagues - works accurately, takes initiative, and accepts responsibility
