As we continue to grow, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Key Account Manager to strengthen our team in the Netherlands. Your role As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing relationships with key retail customers and strategic partners.
You will act as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities, managing commercial discussions and helping customers translate their retail challenges into innovative technology solutions.
This is not a traditional sales role. You will work closely with customers, project teams and technical specialists to create tailor-made solutions that deliver measurable value. From time to time, you will even be needed to solve and adjust challenges along the way, being hands-on in the field. Your responsibilities will include - Managing and growing strategic customer accounts - Identifying new business opportunities within existing customers - Building relationships with retailers, brands and industry partners - Preparing commercial proposals and solution presentations - Collaborating with project and technical teams to deliver successful customer projects - Representing Laud Media Europe at customer meetings, tra...
