Operator 3 Shifts

Wat je gaat doen For the Taste department at International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) in Tilburg, we are looking for motivated candidates with an eye for quality. Here, raw materials are processed into fragrance components used worldwide in products such as food and cosmetics.

Your responsibilities- Collecting raw materials according to recipes using a mobile weighing station;
- Accurately weighing and processing ingredients (sometimes up to 30 per batch);
- Mixing and preparing fragrance materials for further processing;
- Operating and monitoring equipment;
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workplace;
- Following all safety and quality regulations;
- Actively cooperating with colleagues to ensure an optimal production process.

3 shifts- 07:00 – 15:00
- 15:00 – 23:00
- 23:00 – 07:00

Wat we je bieden - Gross hourly wage of €17,73 + 20,5% shift allowance on all hours worked
- 25 vacation days + 8% holiday allowance
- 13 ADV days and 13th month included in a flex budget
- Travel allowance of €0.21 per km
- Training to become an allround operator
- A contract directly at IFF in the future
