The Senior HR Operations Specialist - Benelux is responsible for overseeing HR operational service delivery across the Benelux region, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, data integrity, and continuous process improvement while driving an efficient and high-quality employee experience.

As our Senior HR Operations Specialist - Benelux, you play a critical role in overseeing HR operational service delivery across the Benelux region, ensuring compliance, data integrity, process excellence, and continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle while partnering with key stakeholders to deliver high-quality HR services.
You will be reporting to Director, HR Operations France & Benelux , and you will manage:
1. Service Delivery: - Act as the primary escalation point for complex HR operational cases not resolved through self-service channels or the Shared Service Center. - Oversee HR operational service delivery across the Benelux region, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and high-quality customer service. - Provide guidance and expertise on HR operational policies, procedures, and employee lifecycle activities. - Ensure data integrity across HR, payroll, and benefits systems, including SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, and other HR platforms.
2. Process Improvement & Compliance: - Own and govern key HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, leave administration, benefits administration, and offboarding. - Define, document, maintain, and continuously improve HR operational procedures and controls. - Identify process inefficiencies, operational risks, and service gaps and implement solutions to improve efficiency, compliance, employee experience, and data quality. - Ensure HR operations processes comply with local labor legislation, collective agreements, and company policie...
