You'll create a welcoming and energizing start to their morning by delivering attentive, friendly, and efficient service during breakfast hours. We are looking for a new team member to join us only on the weekends and one more team member to join us with flexible working hours throughout the week.Your responsibilities will include:
• Welcoming guests warmly and guiding them through the breakfast experience
• Taking and serving orders for coffee, tea, and breakfast items
• Ensuring buffet and service areas are fully stocked, fresh, and well-presented
• Clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently
• Providing menu information and accommodating guest preferences or dietary needs
• Handling payments and billing procedures where required
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the restaurant and service stations
• Supporting setup and breakdown of the breakfast service
• Following hygiene and safety procedures (HACCP, Fire Life Safety, Green Engage)
• Being attentive and proactive to ensure every guest starts their day positively

What we need from you:
• Previous experience in hospitality or F&B service is an advantage
• A morning person with a positive and energetic attitude
• Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus
• A natural host — friendly, approachable, and service-oriented
• Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Eye for detail and commitment to quality
• Availability to work early morning
