Are you a data scientist who wants to build and improve AI and data solutions with impact in a regulated environment?
In this role, you will work hands-on on data analyses and AI-driven solutions that help Compliance make better, faster and more evidence-based decisions across NN. You will be part of a small specialist team that owns its solutions end-to-end: from analysis and design to delivery, adoption and continuous improvement. If you enjoy working close to the business, solving real-world data challenges and turning complex topics into practical AI and analytics solutions, this role gives you the opportunity to apply your data science expertise in a domain where quality, explainability and trust really matter.
What you are going to do - Design, build and continuously improve data analyses, dashboards and AI-driven solutions that help Compliance identify risks, monitor developments and support better decision-making - Work hands-on with complex data, assumptions and models to create solutions that are robust, explainable and usable by Compliance colleagues in daily practice - Take end‑to‑end ownership of data and AI solutions, including maintenance, refactoring and reducing technical debt - Apply responsible AI principles throughout the solution lifecycle, including AI Act classification, AI risk assessments and control documentation - Translate Compliance challenges into analytical or AI solutions and bring them into production together with engineers and analysts...
