- Create high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, service manuals, and troubleshooting guides. Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, user-focused content that meets applicable standards and requirements. - Create, edit, and maintain documentation for Product Inspection solutions. Review and revise content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity. Support product launches by delivering complete and timely documentation. - Work closely with product managers, engineers, software developers, service teams, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather, validate, and maintain technical information. Develop a strong understanding of products and services to ensure documentation accuracy. - Author and maintain structured content using Schema ST4 and component content management methodologies. Manage content reuse, topic-based authoring, metadata, and information architecture. Coordinate localization and translation workflows with internal and external providers. - Follow and maintain documentation templates, style guides, and content management best practices. Ensure all documentation complies with company standards, regulatory requirements, safety guidelines, and industry best practices. - Stay up to date with industry trends and technical documentation best practices. Identify opportunities to improve documentation processes through automation, content reuse, and digital transformation initiatives.
