The Presence segment provides its customers the tools and infrastructure to build and grow their online identity, with a focus on webhosting, email, and domains. You will contribute to the further development and optimization of our segment portfolio of 15+ companies in Europe and North America. The role in our strategy
Your.Online operates a decentralized model: local companies retain operational autonomy, while the group provides expertise, structure, and long-term capital. Business Development is crucial for identifying growth opportunities, accelerating performance, and supporting M&A activities.
In this role, you will: - Support local Management Teams by functioning as a sparring partner and be the bridge between our head office and the Portfolio Company. - Set-up experiments and initiatives to accelerate growth, both within and beyond current activities. - Promote data-driven decision-making by improving internal KPI reporting (with the use of AI) and quantifying insights for M&A playbooks. - Work with Managing Directors to translate improvement ideas into concrete plans and business cases. - Collaborate with M&A and Finance to evaluate and integrate new markets, segments, and acquisitions.
