About this vacancy
As a Medior Maintenance Engineer, you work on developing, managing, and optimizing maintenance concepts for critical assets such as railway bridges and tunnels. You ensure that maintenance is not only carried out but is also strategically designed to be smart, efficient, and future-proof. You collaborate extensively with other Maintenance Engineers, tender teams, and contract teams. Together, you ensure that maintenance contracts remain robust in content and continue to evolve. What you'll do: - Develop, manage, and improve maintenance concepts and conduct FMEA/FMECA analyses - Implement and evaluate maintenance strategies within contract teams - Contribute to tenders and develop distinctive maintenance visions - Further refine methodologies, including those related to ISO 55001 asset management - Actively share knowledge and contribute to nationwide optimizations within the organization
What we expect from you - Higher professional education (HBO) or university level (WO), preferably in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering - 3 to 5 years of experience with risk-based asset management - Experience with maintenance processes and methodical working - Affinity with data analysis, automation, and OMS (Maximo is a plus) - Strong analytical skills and a proactive, ownership-driven attitude - Good command of the Dutch language
