Your challenge
As an Inside Sales Representative, you are the first point of contact for our (potential) customers worldwide. You communicate with them, answer their questions, and provide them with the right advice about our products, such as delivery vans, trucks, and trailers. -
You receive and handle requests from customers worldwide, mainly end users such as transport companies, self‑employed drivers, and occasionally private individuals. -
You provide professional and timely advice about our vehicles and answer questions by phone, WhatsApp, and email. -
You build relationships with our (potential) customers and ensure they feel well‑informed, ultimately guiding them toward purchasing a product from us. -
You accurately maintain your work and customer notes in our CRM system. -
After completing a sale, you work closely with the service and delivery departments. -
You keep your customer network warm by proactively reaching out to them.
