The job
We're looking for a Junior Sales Executive to join our Commercial team and help us turn interest into customers.
You'll work with SMB and mid-market HR teams, sparking interest and uncovering opportunities from the first touchpoint. A big part of your role will be running targeted outbound outreach to our ideal customers - researching, prospecting, and generating a strong pipeline of qualified leads. As a key member of the Commercial team, you will play a pivotal role in fuelling the sales pipeline and booking high-quality discovery calls that set the team up for success.
You don't need to know everything on day one, but you're curious, motivated, and excited to learn how to connect with people, ask the right questions, and identify the right fit.

Working with the marketing team to create and update an ideal customer profile -
Run outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, phone and others to generate a pool of potential customers -
Qualify inbound leads and prioritise opportunities based on fit and timing together with the sales team -
