functie Vereisten What You Bring (Hard Skills):
- Proven experience as Program Director / Senior Program Manager - Track record delivering large CAPEX programs (€20M - €50M+) - Background in BMS / automation / utilities / complex brownfield infrastructure - Strong governance in budget control, planning, risk & stage-gate environments - Experience executing in live, regulated production environments (pharma)
