Key Account Manager - - Eindhoven , Netherlands - Staff Job description
As a Key Account Manager at AME, you play a key role in building long-term partnerships with our customers and contributing to AME's commercial growth. This is not a role focused on quick transactions or standard products. At AME, we work as a technology and manufacturing partner to our customers, helping them bring high-quality electronic products from idea to realization.
In this role, you manage and further develop an existing portfolio of international B2B customers. Your portfolio includes one major customer with high revenue and complexity, several larger accounts, and a number of smaller customers with growth potential. Across these accounts, you build strong relationships with different stakeholders, from purchasing and engineering to senior management.
To be successful, you need more than commercial experience. You need to understand your customers, but also AME from the inside. You work closely with colleagues in R&D, Operations, Project Management, Manufacturing and Sales to create realistic solutions, align expectations and make sure we deliver what we promise.
