Purpose
- The Program Site Manager is responsible for managing the cross-projects site organization in terms of governance to ensure alignment with organizational goals and consistency, ensure overall operational, HSSE and Quality performance in the yard and efficient use of shared company resources.
Responsibilities
- You develop and implement a unified central organization strategy across the projects in alignment with the Projects and ultimately the Company Governance Committee. - You ensure knowledge gathering and transfer within the Program Site organization and Projects on site. - You are responsible for all cross-projects site administration coordination and processes. - You collaborate across the project functions and levels to address and optimize design changes, resolve interface issues to ultimately optimize construction efficiency. - You monitor the program budget and imple...
