About the Position
• You assess maintenance requests, malfunctions, and technical issues.
• You draw up long-term maintenance plans and monitor their implementation.
• You request quotes, compare them, and manage suppliers.
• You monitor maintenance work for quality and progress (on-site).
• You identify opportunities for sustainability and property improvements.
• You work closely with the property manager and the field service team.

About the Company
Our client manages an extensive real estate portfolio and combines technical management, commercial management, and real estate consulting under one roof. Approximately 10 colleagues work closely together within the company. You'll be working in a modern office in Harderwijk. There is a strong emphasis on collaboration, knowledge sharing, and working together to find the best solutions for clients and tenants.
