As a Supervisor at O'Neill, you'll play a key role in driving sales and ensuring the store meets its targets. You'll maintain the store's presentation according to O'Neill's guidelines and create a welcoming shopping experience.
Beyond sales, you'll be an inspiring leader for the team, providing expert advice to customers and supporting the (Assistant) Store Manager with administrative and communication tasks. Your Profile
We're looking for someone with:
✔ At least 2 years of retail experience (preferably as a senior sales associate or supervisor);
✔ Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset;
✔ A keen eye for trends and a passion for boardsports & the O'Neill lifestyle;
