This international SaaS company develops software that helps businesses fully automate their expense and reimbursement processes. As part of a large software group, the organization combines the stability of an established business with an entrepreneurial culture and ambitious international growth plans.
The commercial organization is currently undergoing a transformation. Under the leadership of a new Head of Sales, the team is being rebuilt and the strategy is shifting from a traditional outbound approach toward a model focused on inbound opportunities, partnerships, and full-cycle ownership.
This means you will not only be closing deals but also actively contributing to shaping the future of the sales organization.
De functie
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers within the SMB and mid-market segments across the DACH region. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through to closing the deal.
You will work with inbound leads and partner-generated opportunities while also proactively creating new business opportunities when needed. This role offers a high degree of freedom and responsibility, allowing you to determine how you build and manage your pipeline to achieve success.

You will help build a growing team and contribute ideas on how sales processes can be designed and improved. Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with Marketing, Partnerships, and fellow Sales colleagues.
