As a Polish-speaking Recruiter, you will be responsible for: - Actively sourcing, approaching and selecting suitable candidates. - Conducting interviews and assessing candidates' experience, motivation and availability. - Supporting applicants by telephone, WhatsApp, video calls and other communication channels. - Managing online recruitment platforms and social-media channels. - Developing and managing online recruitment campaigns. - Presenting suitable candidates to our operational managers. - Building and maintaining a database of potential candidates. - Maintaining contact with candidates throughout the recruitment and placement process. - Actively promoting The Wiendels Group within the Polish community. - Contributing to the further dev...
