As a Helpdesk Support Employee, you make sure that TWG's temporary employees receive clear and timely assistance. You listen carefully, check the relevant information in our systems and provide employees with a practical and understandable answer.
You are not expected to solve every issue independently. However, you are responsible for accurately recording each question, forwarding it to the correct person or department and monitoring its progress until it has been properly followed up.
