Job Description: Are you a creative marketing enthusiast who loves executing campaigns and events, but also has a knack for keeping things organized behind the scenes? We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Administrator and Digital Content Coordinator with a strong grip on Office Management to join our fast-growing team in Eindhoven.
In this versatile role, you will lead our operational marketing efforts to communicate about MicroAlign's news, developments and events, while spending a dedicated portion of your time ensuring our office environment runs smoothly.
What you'll do:
Digital Marketing & Communication (approx. 70%)
Content & Social Media: Manage our LinkedIn presence, draft engaging updates, create visuals, and share company milestones, tech insights, and team culture posts.
Events & Exhibitions: Take charge of the logistics for international tech events, trade shows, and conferences-from booth organization and marketing materials to team travel and post-event follow-ups.
Brand & Collateral: Ensure all marketing assets (brochures, presentations, website updates, and company swag) are polished, current, and beautifully aligned with our brand.
Campaign Execution: Assist in rolling out marketing initiatives, tracking basic engagement metrics, and coordinating with external agencies or designers if needed.
