As a business development representative, you hunt for new business, build lasting relationships, and own your pipeline from start to finish. No office, no fixed desk. What will your role in the team look like?
You own your territory. As a business development representative at Tranter, you work remotely and take full ownership of your sales pipeline in the Benelux region. You drive new business, nurture existing accounts, and collaborate closely with the aftersales manager Benelux to make things happen.
The role starts with a solid onboarding period. You learn the processes, get familiar with Tranter's products and services, and start building relationships with existing customers. From there, you shift into full commercial gear.
What does that look like in practice? You proactively reach out to prospects, identify leads, and guide them through the entire sales cycle - from first contact to closed deal. You prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up until the ink is dry. Speed and precision matter here.
You also serve as a key contact for both inbound inquiries and outbound outreach. Customers rely on you for answers - on delivery timelines, order confirmations, and technical challenges. You don't just pass questions along; you find solutions.
