Description
The Directorate of Human and Robotic Exploration Programmes (D/HRE) is a programme directorate within the ESA matrix structure. Through a partnership between humans and robots, D/HRE is dedicated to exploring destinations in space where humans are already living and working - or will live and work in the future - for the purpose of scientific research, economic development, international cooperation and public inspiration.
Within the European and International Stakeholder Relations Team, the Forecast and Implementation Tracking (FIT) Team is responsible for maintaining the E3P Participating States forecast of industrial potential for E3P, as reflected in the country business cases developed for each programme period. It also monitors the implementation of these business cases with the E3P Participating States through the Work and Procurement Plans, with special attention to industrial and geographical return.
Reporting to the Forecast and Implementation Tracking Leader, the Terrae Novae Planning and Implementation Officer will support the Directorate in the monitoring, forecasting and implementation of industrial and geographical return objectives for E3P activities.
