In this role, you are responsible for the installation, configuration, commissioning and technical support of our time registration and access control solutions for international customers and multinational organizations.
You act as the technical link between our hardware solutions, workforce management software and customer environments. Working closely with customers, project teams, implementation consultants, installers and partners, you ensure successful deployments and reliable system performance across multiple countries and locations. As an International Field Service Engineer, you are responsible for delivering and supporting Workforce Management hardware solutions within complex and international customer environments. Your key responsibilities include: -
Configuring, testing and commissioning hardware solutions for time registration and access control. -
Performing onsite installations and technical implementations at customer locations across Europe when required. -
Providing remote configuration, diagnostics and troubleshooting support. -
Ensuring seamless communication between hardware, software, networks and customer infrastructure. -
Supporting multinational customers during implementation and rollout projects. -
