You will work in a broad support role that combines administrative duties with providing support to colleagues and managers.
Your responsibilities will include: - Administrative support and schedule management for executives - Light administrative and secretarial support for colleagues - Handling all practical matters within the office and team - Management of personnel files and contracts - Preparation and review of payroll - Absence Tracking and Leave Management - Planning and organizing meetings and processes
You make sure the fundamentals are in order. That gives the whole team peace of mind and a clear overview.
