What will you do?
As a Senior Tech Talent Partner, you'll embed directly into the in-house TA team of one of our high-growth partners, to help them attract and hire top technical talent. You will get to immerse yourself fully into the partner's culture and ways of working, while bringing your own expertise and perspective to the table. You will embed with one partner at a time, with the opportunity to work across different organizations throughout your time at Keen, giving you both depth and breadth of experience.
What you will work on: -
Creating and executing strategic recruitment plans to attract the best talent -
Partnering with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs -
Managing each stage of the recruitment process to ensure a smooth end-to-end candidate experience -
Optimizing hiring policies and processes in alignment with HR -
Tracking and reporting on key recruitment metrics -
Providing advice on employer branding and optimal positioning
