Then we are looking for you! Scouting Nederland and Stichting Scouting Lelystad Scouting Nederland is the largest youth organization in the Netherlands. Scouting offers children and young people challenging activities through which they work together, take responsibility, and develop personally. Stichting Scouting Lelystad (SSL) manages the scouting facilities and the grounds in the Zuigerplasbos. Scouting association Ascanen and various community organizations make use of this location. About the position As Rental Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for the rental of our facilities. You ensure that reservations run smoothly and that renters and scouting groups can make pleasant use of our location. Thanks to your efforts, everyone feels welcome, and the rental process runs smoothly and clearly from start to finish. What will you be doing? - You manage the rental schedule and maintain contact with renters and users. - You handle the administrative processing of reservations. - You coordinate the schedule with the volunteers involved. - You identify bottlenecks and contribute ideas for improvements to the rental process.
